Play Orbit Quest Stack Terms of Use

1. Who keeps the lighthouse lit

These terms govern your use of playorbitqueststack.com ("Play Orbit Quest Stack", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of playorbitqueststack.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may dive in

Play Orbit Quest Stack is intended solely for those who are 18 or over. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. What a coin is, and is not

All games run on virtual coins that we provide free of charge.
Coins carry no monetary value; they are not money, credit or property.
You may not purchase, sell, withdraw or transfer coins, nor exchange them for money, goods, services or prizes. The site has no in-app purchases.
We offer no prize of any real-world value.
Coins, levels and features may be adjusted or reset by us at any time.

4. Free play, never real-money gambling

Play Orbit Quest Stack neither offers nor promotes real-money gambling, and it does not link to gambling operators.

5. Holding an account

Playing requires a free account. Each person may hold one account and must not share it.
Keep your password private, and tell us straight away if anyone else has used your account.
Your account can be deleted at any time from your account page. Deletion takes effect immediately and is irreversible.
We may suspend any account used to disrupt the site, or one we believe belongs to a person under 18.
Coins, levels and missions are attached to the account; they are not your property and may be reset.

6. How to behave in the bay

You must not try to disrupt the site, point automated tools at it, offer coins for trade, or allow anyone under 18 to use it.

7. Outages and the limits of our liability

The site is supplied “as is”, and any part of it may be changed or withdrawn by us. Any malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights are not affected.

8. The law these terms follow

The law of England and Wales governs these terms.
